ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION (ADR) / ONLINE DISPUTE RESOLUTION (ODR)
The EU Regulation No 524/2013 and the Legislative Decree No 130/2015 introduced a regulation that aims at promoting the out-of-court settlement of disputes between consumers and traders concerning a product or a service purchased online. To this end, the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform was created, and can be consulted at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. The consumer can submit through the ODR platform a complaint concerning a contract concluded on Boxsardinia.com and thus handle the online dispute resolution procedure.
